My old buddy Ben Joravsky’s on the front page of the reader. Here’s my outline:

A developer is accused of bribing an alderman
- The developer benefited from a zoning change from industrial to commercial & residential
- The alderman already plead guilty, the developer is going to trial
The city also used TIF money to buy industrial land from the developer
- The TIF was intended to keep the area industrial
- The land was given to a union to build a training facility
